This course serves as a refresher and specialisation course for experienced MX-ONE specialists. Existing knowledge is bundled in the course and expanded with deep technical insights in order to be able to solve problems in the field faster and more targeted.

Target Group

MX-ONE specialists at Mitel partners in the technical field with several years of experience in this environment.

The student should have active experience on the MiVoice MX-ONE.

Methods

Remote Leader Led/RLL: Virtual classroom environment

Equipment and Setup Requirements:

If several participants attend from the same remote location, they can share the same equipment.

  • Min 3x SIP-DECT Base Stations (RFP4X)
  • Min 3x 6X2d Dect Phones
  • Local VMWare ESX 6.7 OR 7.0 Server (Optional for OMM on VMWare)
  • Min 3x IP-DECT Base Stations (IPBS 532 or 542)
  • Min 3x 5613 or 5614 Dect Phones (Optional: 5614 with PAL)
  • WSM with Standard License
  • MXONE 7.X (Up and Running)
  • 2x 6800 or 6900 Series DeskPhones (Registered to the MXONE)
  • Local POE Switch for IP Base Stations and other equipment.

  • Performing and checking Air Sync on the system
  • Handover – How to identify and check that it performs as per the plan.
