TOP LOC 0003 MiVoice MX-ONE 7.x Administration Enduser


The MiVoice Mx-ONE 7.X I&M Administration is designed for engineers who are new MiVoice MX-ONE Technicians and are required to install configure and maintain the MiVoice MX-ONE  This course covers installation, configuration and maintenance specific to the MiVoice MX-ONE and does not cover installation, configuration or maintenance of the Linux operating system. The course is designed for Enduser of Mitel system.


The course is designed for Enduser engineers, training and service partners as well as customer engineers who need a technical and detailed understanding of the MiVoice MX-ONE 7.X  and have no previous experience with MiVoice MX-ONE. 


It is assumed that studensts attending the MiVoice MX-ONE 7.X Administration course have basic knowledge about telephony , commom protocol knowledge in ISDN (s.a. Q931), VOIP (H323,SIP), and generic data traffic (IP,LAN,WAN). It is also assumed that attending students have sufficient knowledge in LINUX administration. 


This course aims to provide students with detailed information about MiVoice MX-ONE 7.X Multimedia Collaboration Solution. In the configuration section of this course, studenst will aim to initiate and test features and function by use of CLI and GUI (Manager Provisioning application) with relevant practical exercises. Upon completion of the course, students will have a thorough understanding of the MiVoice MX-ONE and be able to configure and manage the system and will have gained the necessary competence to deliver second line support and maintenance.



The MiVoice MX-ONE 7.X I&M Administration course is an instructor led course providing an equal mix of theoretical delivery and practical exercises. Equipment will be available to enable students to install, configure and test, as listed above.


Using a balanced mix of theory and practical exercises, MiVoice MX-ONE 7.0 I&M Adminitration course covers the following aspects:

  • Alarm and Fault handling

  • MiCloud MX-ONE (Native and Virtual instance)

The extent to which that above content are delivered as reference material (theory or practical exercises) will depend on the competency and needs of the audience.Not all modules will be presented formally, but there are detailed explanations for all areas in the CPI documentation that will be listed in the course material. Students are invited to inform the instructor if there are particular areas that they wish to cover more in detail from theoretical or practical perspective during the course.
