Right of revocation
You may declare the revocation of your “enrollment with costs” in text form (e.g. letter, email) within 14 days. The revocation does not have to contain any grounds. The revocation period commences the day receiving this revocation instruction. To meet the deadline it is sufficient for the customer to declare the revocation in time.
