The objective of this training is to promote gender equality in the workplace as a fundamental human right.

Raise awareness about discrimination, bias, and systemic barriers faced by different genders.
Equip participants with tools to implement gender-inclusive policies and practices.
Foster a workplace culture that respects diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
Align organizational practices with international human rights standards (e.g., UN Women’s Empowerment Principles, ILO Conventions, CEDAW).

Managers, business and team Leaders, HR professionals, policymakers, employees and staff.

No prior experience needed.

Instructor Leader Led/ILL: Physical classroom environment

Remote Leader Led/RLL: Virtual classroom environment

Hybrid: ILL or RLL. You can attend the course on-site or remotely.
