We hereby would like to inform you that TOP Business GmbH has developed a new MiVoice MX-ONE workshop for advanced technicians. Therefore a certification in MiVoice MX-ONE Core 1 and Core 2 is highly recommended as a prerequisite.
This workshop serves as a refresher and specialization course for experienced MX-ONE specialists. Existing knowledge is bundled in the course and then expanded with deep technical insights, in order to be able to solve problems in the field faster and in a more targeted way.
You will gain a deeper technical insight into the inner workings of the MiVoice MX-ONE, a refresher on the most important new features of the latest releases, and a strengthening of already known functions in a “Centric SIP communication landscape".
The workshop is mainly filled with practical exercises, which serve as documentation. You will only receive a written overview of the topics presented in the course. The workshop can be found both on our TOP website www.topbusinessgmbh.com and in Mitel's LMS/MiAccess.
